This role sits at the center of supply chain execution and cost visibility. The ideal candidate will take ownership of material ordering, supplier communication, and weekly cost inputs—including yield and labor data—by coordinating closely with engineering, production, and quality teams. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires strong follow-through, data discipline, and the ability to drive accountability across teams. This is not a traditional warehouse role. We work with highly specialized components in a regulated medical device environment, requiring strong technical acumen, organization, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist purchasing and replenishment of production and R D materials, including placing POs and tracking supplier performance (lead time, pricing, delivery) Serve as a primary point of contact for supplier communication, including order status, forecasts, and issue resolution Track and maintain accurate material costs and support ongoing COGS analysis, through raw material yield, labor, and overhead assessments Coordinate weekly collection of yield and labor data from engineering and production teams; ensure timely and accurate updates for cost tracking Drive accountability across teams to ensure cost inputs (yield, labor, scrap) are consistently reported and up to date Manage and maintain inventory records within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies Coordinate material flow between warehouse, production, and cleanroom environments Support shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth material movement Maintain organized purchasing, supplier, and inventory documentation in compliance with quality systems Assist in developing and improving systems for inventory tracking, cost analysis, and supply chain visibility Provide cross-functional support to finance (COGS tracking), engineering (material readiness), and quality (documentation and traceability) Qualifications High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to manage and analyze data Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow up persistently and manage cross-functional dependencies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with small, precision components in a technical environment Preferred Experience 2-4 years in supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, or operations Experience in medical device, biotech, or regulated industries Exposure to COGS tracking, cost analysis, or financial data coordination Experience working cross-functionally with engineering or production teams Cleanroom or controlled environment experience is a plus Why Join Us?
