PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our National Manufacturing client to hire a Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor for their Richmond, CA location . This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer. Role Summary Lead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery, efficient operations, and cost control. Supervise production staff and manage schedules using EPICOR. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule daily production Ensure materials, labor, and equipment availability Supervise Blenders/production staff Monitor production flow and resolve disruptions Manage jobs and inventory in EPICOR Enforce safety and company policies Requirements Manufacturing production planning/scheduling experience EPICOR experience required Supervisory experience preferred On-site availability (5 days/week)
