Summary:

• The Planner Role supports the Repair Station by coordinating material flow, tracking orders, and assisting with purchasing and scheduling activities to ensure parts and components are available when needed.
• Track material needs based on work orders and forecasts; update schedules as priorities change.
• Create and monitor purchase requests, follow up on open orders, and ensure materials arrive on time.
• Prepare shipments for outgoing repaired components and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Update internal schedules, communicate delays, and help maintain turnaround time (TAT)targets.
• Contact suppliers for order status updates; escalate issues to buyers when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems for materials, shipments, and work orders.
