Administrative, Logistics & Operations Opportunities Location:
Cerritos, CA & Santa Ana, CA Job Type:
Full-Time Contract Opportunities Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours About the Opportunity We are partnering with a global organization to hire across multiple teams supporting office operations, logistics, and distribution functions . These roles are based in Cerritos and Santa Ana and offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Current Openings May Include:
Administrative Coordinator / Office Support Logistics Coordinator Transportation / Drayage Support Warehouse & Operations Support Office Operations / General Affairs What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities vary depending on the role) Support day-to-day office and operational tasks Coordinate schedules, shipments, or internal activities Communicate with vendors, carriers, and team members Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation Track inventory, shipments, or company assets Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and general coordination Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in administrative, logistics, or operations roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in warehouse, supply chain, or office settings is a plus Why Apply Opportunity to work with a well-established global company Variety of roles across office and logistics teams Potential for long-term opportunities and career growth Exposure to both corporate and distribution environments
