SCM Management specialist Job Description We are looking for an aspiring candidate to be with us on the path of our fast-growing business. SCM(Supply Chain Management) specialist we want to work with is expected to be capable of detail-oriented, self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to grow. Roles and responsibility Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including HQ, suppliers, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all sales channels have sufficient inventory and successful delivery across all sales channels at prompt Managing overall supply and demand planning for local production based on inventory status, including the timely procurement and availability of raw materials and components to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations Monitoring the levels of raw materials and produced goods inventory levels Manage the external warehouses' daily activities and workflow volume relating to transferring, receiving, and shipping goods Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Performing monthly/annual accounting(book) closing of inventory part Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Tracking and fixing shipping errors Controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation. Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory Runs monthly inventory quantity check audit and month-end closing of inventory Troubleshoot lost, damaged, or delayed shipments and conduct reconciliation of inventory data and create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels Review the invoice and cost items from the third party warehouse and logistics companies and Prepare bills and invoices Managing distribution and shipment budgets Creating and developing processes of procurement that make the supply chain more efficient and organized Improving the SCM IT systems in an efficient way Ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding import/export regulations Required Skills/Characteristics Bilingual skill in Korean & English in written and verbal is mandatory Bachelor's Degree or experience in SCM management, accounting, or relevant field preferred Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel Understandings of SAP system preferred Must possess a legal driver's license and be capable of driving No issue about a business trip Must be legally eligible to work in the
