Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and/or monitoring final approval of products through the complete production cycle to meet production schedules and requirements.

Essential Functions:

Work from drawings bills of materials to estimate materials and labor pricing. Advise management of the status of work in progress by coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain as well as interfacing with engineering. Work to resolve material shortages for backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgement. Works under limited supervision; fully proficient to perform production planning .

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Femonstrate Microsoft and computer knowledge/skills Familiar with ERP and preferably Costpoint Computer skills,

ERP and Microsoft Suite Preferred Additional Skills:

Proven track record of reliability, responsibility, safety, and solid organization skills Strong communication and teaming skills Excellent attention to detail Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite, and ERP database In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $44,000- 81,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
