This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities and coordinating international freight movements. You will oversee the entire logistics process—from booking and warehousing to transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery—while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor ocean, air, and ground shipments from origin to destination. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Arrange trucking, container pickups, warehouse deliveries, and appointment scheduling. Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders. Track cargo status and provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams. Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, overseas agents, and warehouse partners. Handle operational exceptions, including shipment delays, customs inspections, documentation corrections, and cost disputes. Verify transportation and warehousing costs, and assist with billing and invoicing processes. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data integrity. Deliver excellent customer service and support continuous improvement in logistics workflows. Qualifications Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with ocean freight, air freight, import/export procedures, and customs clearance is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software. Good command of English ( Chinese language skills are required ).
