Full-Time, Monday-Friday About the Opportunity A growing logistics organization is seeking a detail-oriented Domestic Operations Agent to support a high-volume project through the end of the year. This is a temporary assignment ideal for someone with strong domestic transportation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Track and trace domestic shipments, providing status updates and resolving issues proactively Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure on-time performance Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status Maintain organized and up-to-date shipment records in internal systems Assist with routing and quoting as needed (preferred but not required) Qualifications Prior experience in domestic logistics, freight, or transportation operations Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Experience with tracking and tracing shipments is required Familiarity with routing and quoting is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or transportation management systems Why Join Opportunity to contribute to a critical, high-impact project Fast-paced and collaborative team environment Potential for extended opportunities based on performance and business needs #COR1
