This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate logistics activities, manage vendor relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes that drive our company's success. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about optimizing supply chain efficiency, this position is perfect for you! 1st:7 am -3:30 pm (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate $24-27 Duties Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, delivery status, and inventory. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems, Microsoft Office, and email communication. Ability to read and interpret BOLs, shipping documents, and warehouse paperwork. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with drivers and warehouse teams. Provide timely updates to customers, carriers, and internal teams. Resolve service issues, delays, and discrepancies with professionalism and urgency. Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and problem‑solving. Process inbound and outbound orders in the WMS or TMS. Coordinate receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, and loading activities with warehouse leads. Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling counts, investigating discrepancies, and updating system records. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other warehouse documentation. Support cycle counts, audits, and customer inventory reporting.
