Eastvale, CA Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Paid sick time Qualifications Mandarin IT asset management English Inventory management software Managing projects Cross-functional collaboration Cross-functional team management Cross-functional communication Fixed asset management Full Job Description Develop and maintain material and consumable usage standards across warehouse operations Oversee PDA devices, operational equipment, and related asset management processes Manage uniforms, operational tools, and company assets to ensure proper allocation and tracking Maintain accurate records of warehouse fixed assets and conduct regular audits Coordinate nationwide material transfers and inventory distribution between operational sites Collaborate closely with procurement and operations teams on purchasing and supply planning Monitor operational material costs and implement cost control initiatives Establish asset tracking procedures and improve inventory accountability processes Support warehouse setup, expansion, and equipment allocation projects Analyze material usage trends and recommend operational improvements to reduce waste and optimize efficiency Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in asset management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or inventory management Strong understanding of warehouse operational processes and inventory control practices Experience managing operational equipment, fixed assets, and consumable supplies Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English Benefits Pay Range：85k-100k 7 PTO days 5 Paid Sick Leave Days 6 Paid Holidays 401K Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
