Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our supply chain. This position supports inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound logistics, and customs documentation for both domestic and international shipments. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Supply Chain Coordinator helps maintain compliance, improve service levels, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. We're a people-first team who value support, health, and good energy We thrive on collaboration and helping each-other We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits We offer opportunities for advancement and professional development Responsibilities Coordinate and build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers Manage procurement by reconciling POs with manufacturers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods Prepare weekly inventory reports and work with suppliers to optimize stock levels Manage cycle counts and perform inventory reconciliations Manage and coordinate customer returns Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers for import/export shipments Assist in resolving shipping delays, damaged shipments, and freight discrepancies Optimize shipping methods and control freight costs Follow company policies and industry regulations for shipping and logistics Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation for import/export shipments and annual regulatory renewals Maintain documentation required for Health Canada site license Collaborate across departments to support quality and business objectives Manage 3PL warehousing Required Qualifications & Skills Supply chain, logistics, customs or other relevant education/experience - minimum of 3 years Experience in a fast-paced roles with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with shipping software is an asset Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams Problem-solving skills to address shipping challenges We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
