We are a home health agency that is committed to delivering quality patient care in the comfort of their own home. Full Job Description:
The Home Health Care Marketer is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing sales activities within hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, residential care institutions, and other community medical organizations as assigned. 1. The primary function of this role is to increase the market share within that defined region through the use of territory management, relationship management, and selling skills. The Home Health Care Marketer is responsible to promote the sales of all Home Health services.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Achieves/exceeds assigned sales goals through consultative and value-based selling skill techniques 2. Develops and executes territory account strategies with specific goals and objectives to maximize business opportunities in accordance with the sales operation plan. 3. Sets challenging goals creates critical action steps and uses resources to capitalize on opportunities and issues that positively impact Pathways business objectives. 4. Facilitates the process to make referrals to Amore Home Health as needed. Begins referral process and coordinates with the Intake Department to complete the referral. 5. Develops excellent rapport and credibility with customers and establishes strong customer relationships. 6. Builds strong internal and external networks that are beneficial in achieving company objectives. 7. Serves as Home Care and Home Health educational resource; defines and interprets agency services, criteria, and policies to facility staff and other community resources. 8. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Amore Home Health service lines, competitors, and industry information. 9. Attends Community Relations and other Amore Home Health meetings as required. 10. Creates and implements a program of professional and personal development to promote personal growth and experiences.Qualifications:
