PM Pay:

$20.00/hour We are partnering with a busy transportation company seeking a temporary Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with trucking logistics or brokerage experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time truck updates using Excel spreadsheets Communicate with drivers via phone and email to confirm locations and status updates Assist with dispatching drivers and coordinating logistics Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Enter and process rate confirmations in company software Support overall transportation operations and workflow

Qualifications:

Experience in trucking logistics, transportation, or brokerage required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and learning new systems Ability to multitask and manage a steady workload
