As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized Logistics Operations Coordinator who enjoys coordinating daily activities, improving workflow, and ensuring products move efficiently throughout the supply chain. What You'll Be Doing As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you'll help oversee the daily flow of warehouse and transportation activities while supporting communication between departments, vendors, and transportation partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules. Track inventory movement and update logistics records. Assist with transportation planning and delivery coordination. Prepare shipping documents, inventory reports, and operational paperwork. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to internal teams. Work with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order completion. Help identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation. Support inventory audits and warehouse reporting activities. Assist supervisors with special logistics projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning warehouse management software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
