A day in the life:
In the dynamic role of Production Planner at Monster Energy, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our manufacturing plant's finished goods requirements are met with precision and efficiency across all departments. Embrace the thrill of working with a brand that embodies energy and excitement, and take charge in optimizing our production processes to keep the momentum going! The impact you'll make: Responsible for support and coordination in planning, and scheduling for daily, weekly, and monthly plant production and material requirements Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cases produced volume reports Forecast production execution needs by coordinating raw material releases for production projections Communicate effectively and proactively with vendors to meet deliveries based on lead times. Provide accurate information on material consumption for process orders, materials, quantities and lot numbers. Initiates, updates, and confirmed daily production process order for work in progress (SEMI) and finished goods (FG). Specific to Production Center & Manufacturing Center (Norwalk & Phoenix) - Create and maintain master recipe production versions for the plant, for every new SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) or updated BOM( Bill of Materials). Escalates raw material availability roadblocks and provides solution. Requests and posts service PO (Purchase Order). Prepare and post plant production schedules to meet demand orders. Review usage history to identify raw material flow opportunities.
Who you are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of - Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Accounting or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired:
Between 3-5 years of experience in production planning
Additional Experience Desired:

Computer Skills Desired:
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint. Prefer advanced excel skills in creating spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts, formulas and functions, VLOOKUP and conditional formatting, etc.
