Full Job Description Position Title:
SCM Planning Team•Logistics Coordinator(Entry-Level)
Salary :
$45K-55
K/year General Responsibilities:
Logistics Operations Support Assist in managing inbound shipments from Korea and China to Los Angeles Data Management & Documentation Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules Enter and update data in logistics management systems Prepare regular reports on inventory status and shipment tracking Communication & Coordination Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional departments Assist in resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues System Utilization Create data analysis and reports using Microsoft Excel Prepare presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint Learn and adapt to company-specific logistics software and tools Coordinate and track product distribution to major hubs Monitor shipping schedules and help resolve delivery delays or issues Support inventory management and warehouse operations
Qualifications:
Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Entry-level candidates welcome to apply Previous logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience is a plus Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Required) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations Bilingual proficiency (Korean/English strongly preferred) Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation•

Manage demand forecasting and purchase orders Oversee domestic and international inbound/outbound transportation and deliveries Analyze data to monitor KPIs and generate performance reports Identify process improvement opportunities and develop supply chain strategies Manage warehouse operations including inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SCM or logistics Experience with SAP or other ERP management systems Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations) Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in
