Months Overview:

Valence Surface Technologies is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team at our Lynwood, CA facility. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, aerospace-focused manufacturing environment. An internship or full-time opportunity with VST allows you to experience on the job, supervised training. Selected individuals will be involved in various aspects of supply chain management, from procurement to distribution, enabling you to develop practical skills and knowledge within this dynamic field, while receiving mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of supply chain concepts and principles is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
