Job Description

Job Overview Malibu Apex Yachts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily operational and transportation activities related to yacht services, guest experiences, and supply coordination. This role is responsible for managing logistics schedules, coordinating shipments and deliveries, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and vendors. Malibu Apex Yachts delivers luxury yachting experiences with personalized service and exclusive travel destinations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple logistics tasks in a fast-paced hospitality and maritime environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics operations, deliveries, and transportation schedules Track shipments, inventory, and operational supply movements Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding logistics updates Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and operational documentation Assist with inventory coordination and supply management for yacht operations Monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and guest-related services Maintain accurate records and operational reports Support operations teams with administrative and logistics-related tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Previous logistics, transportation, hospitality, or operations experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Pay:
$22.30 - $23.30 per hour
