About the Role The Customer Logistics Associate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers to ensure on-time domestic and international shipments. This role serves as a key liaison among the company, customers, and logistics providers, helping resolve delivery issues, track shipments, and maintain a high standard of customer service. The Customer Logistics Associate will be responsible for import-export licensing and the shipment of the product to the customer. They will coordinate, monitor, and maintain the flow of purchase orders for incoming cassettes and spare parts to ensure on-time domestic and international shipments. Reporting Line This position reports to the Customer Logistics Manager. Your Role Monitor and maintain customer orders for key U.S. and international accounts. Review and monitor open purchase orders for both spare parts and cassettes. Handle order processing, tracking, and updates in logistics or ERP systems. Communicate and coordinate with customers, the purchasing department, and Field Service Engineers to facilitate any last-minute shipping needs. Track and maintain up-to-date customer service contracts and tool maintenance schedules. Build and maintain cooperation with customers and internal departments by providing necessary information and services promptly. Assist the logistics coordinator with returns processing, backorders, repairs, and logistics-related customer service inquiries. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor shipments, domestic and international. Understanding of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations and documentation. Familiarity with required documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading; including an awareness of customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and compliance requirements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Required) BA/BS or equivalent experience. MS Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency. Ability to gather and analyze data. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. A quick learner with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize appropriately to meet company needs. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; taking direction when necessary. Familiarity with logistics software and international shipping practices. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Position Details The base hourly range for this full-time position is $36 - $38 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
