Production Planner (Texas)

Job Description A manufacturing client is seeking a Production Planner to join their team! In this role, the Production Planner will create and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints while coordinating closely with contract manufacturing partners. They will collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, address demand fluctuations, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or risks. The role also involves monitoring production KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and developing contingency plans to mitigate supply chain or capacity disruptions.
