Key Responsibilities Dispatch fuel deliveries to customer locations Schedule common carrier drivers for deliveries throughout California and Nevada Monitor inventory levels at managed sites Process and coordinate fuel delivery orders from customers and company marketers Reconcile freight invoices and confirm delivery completion Review fuel rack pricing Respond to on-call inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, and related issues Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Competencies Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, fuel suppliers, and carriers Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong math aptitude Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; Mutual of Omaha supplemental plans, Mutual of Omaha life insurance with buy up option, vacation accrual and paid holidays.
