Job Description

Ontario warehouse of large national manufacturing & distribution company seeks experienced Customer Service/Order Management Specialist to join our team; Exciting and fast paced environment with growth opportunity for the right individual. Process orders in warehouse management system and/or EDI Review and analyze on hand inventory levels Manage workorders for assembly Track orders to ship Coordinate projects between different departments Determine packaging requirements for new projects Work up quotes and obtain customer's purchase orders Provide general customer service as necessary Experience with Excel a must (intermediate user) Communicate shipping requirements to transportation team Other project related assignments as required' Manufacturing and or warehouse experience a plus; Familiarity with Quality control procedures a plus; '
