We are looking for someone with strong execution, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility, able to coordinate customers, carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams in a fast-paced transportation environment and bring every shipment to completion through each milestone. Key Responsibilities 1.Own the platform's daily operations execution, including customer inquiries, quoting, orders, shipment tracking, status updates, and exception reporting. 2.Based on shipment information, transportation routes, transit-time requirements, and customer needs, help arrange transportation plans for LTL, FTL, Partial, and shared truckload. 3.Maintain communication with customers, carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams to follow up on pickup, in-transit, delivery, sign-off, and POD-collection milestones. 4.Coordinate vehicles, capacity, and delivery arrangements during transportation to ensure transportation plans are executed smoothly. 5.Handle transportation exceptions, including delay, missed pickup / delivery, reschedule, detention, TONU, damage, and missing POD, and drive resolution. 6.Support the capacity lead with carrier-level execution coordination, including maintaining quote records, following up on service performance, and reporting on partnership stability. 7.Maintain transportation status sheets, quote records, exception cases, and customer-requirement records, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and traceable. 8.Support the team in turning operations, dispatch, and exception-handling processes into SOPs, driving standardization and systematization of daily operations. Required Qualifications 1.1-3+ year of experience in logistics, truck dispatch, transportation operations, freight forwarding, overseas warehousing, or related operations. 2.Strong execution; able to independently follow through on daily operations, dispatch coordination, and exception handling. 3.Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams. 4.Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, WPS / multidimensional spreadsheets; able to maintain transportation status sheets, quote sheets, and exception logs. 5.Familiar with U.S. domestic trucking; familiar with or willing to learn LTL, FTL, Partial, and shared-truckload transportation models. 6.Detail-oriented and responsible; follows through on tasks without delays or omissions. 7.Able to adapt to a multi-tasking, fast-paced logistics operations environment. Preferred Qualifications 1.Experience in truck dispatch, last-mile transportation, overseas warehousing, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce logistics. 2.Experience in dispatch, operations, customer service, or vendor coordination. 3.Familiarity with U.S. domestic logistics exception handling, such as delay, reschedule, detention, layover, TONU, POD, and damage claims. 4.Understanding of LTL, FTL, Partial Truckload, or shared-truckload models. 5.Experience in process optimization, SOP building, or operational documentation. 6.Experience communicating directly with carriers, drivers, and warehouses. Ideal Candidate 1.Ramps up quickly with strong execution, able to independently follow up on each shipment's transportation status. 2.Responds promptly to exceptions and drives customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve them together. 3.Has a practical understanding of dispatch and transportation execution, not just recording information. 4.Stays clear and organized in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. 5.Willing to continuously support process standardization and operational optimization as the platform grows.
