THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining accurate records, and communicating clearly across our operations. Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred to support our diverse team and client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders Track inventory levels and communicate discrepancies or shortages to management promptly Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers in both English and Chinese Maintain detailed and organized records of shipments Identify and resolve logistical issues such as delays, damages, or mislabeled shipments Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and reports as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual:

fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail — able to catch errors in orders, quantities, and documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas) Comfortable learning new computer software and internal systems Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or wholesale distribution Familiarity with inventory or order management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge of shipping carriers and freight terminology High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
