What You'll Be Doing This role sits right at the intersection of production, inventory, and customer demand. You'll be responsible for keeping everything moving smoothly and catching problems before they turn into delays. Keep a close eye on production and customer orders to ensure on-time delivery Create and adjust production orders based on real-time demand and shop conditions Build and manage production schedules—and adapt them when priorities shift Work directly with vendors and customers to keep everyone aligned Track and help resolve quality issues as they arise Maintain test reports and quality documentation for traceability What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can stay organized, think ahead, and follow through. 3+ years in a production, manufacturing, or planning role Strong communication skills—you'll be working across teams and with external partners Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing track Solid documentation and recordkeeping habits Able to work independently, but also collaborate closely with a small team Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a big plus) About Cablescan Cablescan has been building tools for electrical manufacturers since 1969, focusing on improving testing accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency on the production floor. Today, as part of Eubanks Engineering, we continue to design and build equipment used by manufacturers around the world—while maintaining the responsiveness and flexibility of a smaller team.
Pay:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
