Job Description

#Only W2 profiles# We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Data Governance Specialist to drive data quality, governance, and strategic decision-making across end-to-end retail supply chain operations. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and deep domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data governance and stewardship initiatives across supply chain functions Ensure high data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems Partner with business and technical teams to define data standards and governance frameworks Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights for business improvement Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of experience in data governance/data stewardship within retail supply chain Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Procurement, Planning, Logistics) Expertise in data modeling and metadata management Experience with data governance and data quality platforms (ATLAN is a plus) Solid understanding of retail inventory and supply chain data structures Hands-on or working knowledge of SQL and data profiling techniques (preferred) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives Experience with AI-driven process automation/agents is a plus Lean / Six Sigma experience is an added advantage
