Operations & Logistics Coordinator Rush Hour Catering — Redwood City, CA | Full-Time | Salary Rush Hour Catering is a boutique corporate catering company serving some of the most recognizable names in tech, education, and entertainment across Silicon Valley. We take pride in delivering elevated food experiences that make our clients' events seamless and memorable. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our small but high-performing team. This is a hands-on role built around execution — keeping every catering running on time, on point, and without a hitch. What You'll Do Coordinate and execute catering deliveries, setups, and pickups across the Bay Area, primarily serving corporate clients Manage grocery and supply shopping, ensuring quality, freshness, and cost-efficiency Support day-to-day business operations including scheduling, vendor coordination, and light administrative tasks Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in proper working order Work closely with ownership and staff to keep operations running smoothly as the business grows Who You Are Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once Takes pride in doing things right — punctual, detail-oriented, and professional Physically capable of loading, transporting, and setting up catering equipment Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one Spanish fluency or working proficiency preferred Experience in catering, hospitality, or operations is a plus — but a strong work ethic and dependability matter most Compensation & Perks $65,000 per year All meals included Work directly alongside ownership in a collaborative, close-knit environment Real opportunities for growth as the business expands
