As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting vehicle readiness and fleet management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

$34/h + Benefits What's the Job? Support daily fleet operations at test sites to ensure on-time vehicle readiness for scheduled tests and service operations. Perform routine upkeep of vehicles including cleaning, charging, and system checks to maintain optimal performance. Assist with logistical tasks such as organizing and transporting spare parts and inventory management. Execute mission preparation procedures, including software deployment, configuration verification, and data capture. Support incident response efforts and collaborate with team members to resolve vehicle and operational issues efficiently. What's Needed? 2
- 4 years of relevant work experience in vehicle operations, logistics, or related fields.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment safely. Comfortable going up and down stairs, standing, walking, and performing physical tasks during shifts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
