ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on team member to support IT equipment logistics and asset management. This role is less about deep technical troubleshooting and more about coordination, inventory control, documentation, and device provisioning. You will help manage the day-to-day flow of IT equipment — receiving shipments, checking in new devices, setting up laptops and phones for new hires, handling returns, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with equipment shipping and repairs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Hire Equipment Setup Prepare laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets) for new employees Coordinate equipment setup and desk configurations Ensure devices are ready for distribution on start dates Inventory & Asset Management Receive, inspect, and check in new IT equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking Perform cycle counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies Track equipment assignments, returns, and transfers Equipment Returns & Shipping Process returned equipment from employees Prepare devices for re-deployment, repair, or shipment Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty returns Package and ship equipment as needed Ticket & Request Support Assist with daily equipment-related requests in the team queue Help manage backlog of asset and provisioning tickets Support documentation and process improvement efforts Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
