YOUR IMPACT
You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and performance of McKinsey's supplier onboarding, diligence, and setup processes. You will oversee operational execution through our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, data integrity, and supplier experience across the supplier lifecycle. You will leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Anti-Corruption, Partnering, External Workforce, Supplier Risk, Category Management, and Procurement to ensure adherence to firm policies and support strategic supplier management objectives. You will act as a process expert and operational leader, supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supplier enablement quality, efficiency, risk management, and customer experience. You will conduct quality reviews, oversee supplier data integrity, support issue resolution, and contribute to the evolution of global supplier enablement capabilities. You will also provide guidance to junior team members and help ensure operational activities consistently meet established KPIs and SLAs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, supplier management, procurement operations, accounts payable, vendor master data, or related operational functions Experience working with outsourced service delivery models and/or managing BPO partner performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Demonstrated experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and risk management initiatives Knowledge of supplier vetting, onboarding, purchasing, and accounts payable processes Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar vendor management platforms Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across functions and levels of seniority Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
