San Leandro/Hayward, CA SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in our San Leandro location . PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring job file status in real time Scheduling of crews daily and creating a contingency plan for emergency services throughout the day Daily/Hourly Allocation of Company Resources such as, Personnel, Vehicles, and equipment, to keep projects moving until completion Maintaining internal and external communications Daily Communication with Team Members and Customers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Prior logistical experience Solid knowledge of the Bay Area and traffic - we directly service San Francisco, Belmont/San Carlos, and the East Bay from West Oakland to Fremont Ability to multi-task & Adapt to momentary changes 2+ years of administrative or office related experience Restoration service industry experience a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain a courteous and professional tone of voice at all times. Ability to actively listen, respectfully question, show empathy, and resolve conflict, all while maintaining a teamwork attitude Self-motivated and goal oriented. Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn new and proprietary software. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
HOURS 40
Hours/week. Hours between 7:00am to 7:00pm. Flexible to work overtime or weekend when required.
