This role supports day-to-day movement of products and materials, helping ensure orders, inventory activity, and shipping tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. The position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working across logistics operations, inventory coordination, and order support in a regulated environment, with the potential to grow into a longer-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the flow of orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring shipments, receipts, and related transactions are completed correctly and within expected timelines.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing product movement while maintaining accurate documentation for inventory activity and stock transfers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile records to support dependable stock control, including materials assigned to field-based use.
  • Organize daily logistics priorities to meet operational deadlines, carrier collection times, and business service expectations.
  • Communicate updates on order progress and work closely with internal stakeholders to align fulfillment activities with business needs.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to keep field inventory records current and to address discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain reliable data across logistics systems by reviewing transactions for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Provide broader operational assistance as needed to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and order processing activities.
  • Follow quality and regulatory procedures, escalate potential compliance concerns, and hold impacted product or documentation when required. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, shipping and receiving, or related operational support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer-based transaction processing.
  • Experience using an ERP or inventory management platform; QAD experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with order processing, inventory control practices, and shipping workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise records and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with limited supervision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, ideally gained in a customer-facing or regulated industry environment.
