Responsibilities:
Convert PR into purchase order in a timely manner. Monitor material availability and ensure on time delivery. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, capacity and delivery commitments. Track supplier performance and proactively identify potential supply risks. Collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain purchasing data and system records in SAP.
