Role Overview World Wide Technology is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to support data center operations for a key customer in Austin, Texas. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient logistics operations within a high availability data center environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast paced setting. Key Responsibilities Receive deliveries in the data center both physically and within inventory systems Handle receiving of devices and consumable materials Ensure materials are properly secured and stored upon arrival Expedite shipments and conduct physical material verification as needed across warehouses Maintain and organize storage areas to support operational efficiency Create and manage physical project pallets Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials to other sites or warehouses Support urgent data center operations material requests and escalate when appropriate Perform inventory accuracy activities including weekly device scans Execute cycle counts within inventory systems based on scheduled analysis Conduct discrepancy investigations at onsite and warehouse locations Perform physical and system return to stock transactions Complete rack level return to stock activities and manage post project unused materials Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience supporting logistics or warehouse operations within a technical or data center environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Basic knowledge of inventory management systems Ability to lift and move equipment consistent with data center operations requirements Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
