In this role, you will be responsible for getting all Proof of deliveries ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will help streamline revenue cycle management, improve cash flow, and support our commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in various accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. Duties Prepare, review, and process invoices using our accounting Software Collect all proof of deliveries for all the loads delivered Calling drivers to ensure Proof of deliveries are signed and received as soon as load is delivered Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Assist with disputed loads and prepare reports, and supporting audit processes. Complete all other tasks assigned by your Supervisor within provided timeline. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, McLeod and similar systems Knowledge of Trucking Industry and Operations Strong Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills and Excellence of MS Suite( Excel, Word ) and Google sheets. Strong math skills coupled with technical accounting.
