Job Description

  • 7/6/26 START DATE!
  • We are actively seeking a Distribution Specialist on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days/week).
  • What You'll Do
  • Support campus shipping and receiving operations
  • Coordinate domestic and international product shipments across carriers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and 3PLs
  • Prepare commercial invoices and documentation for international shipments
  • Act as liaison between carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
  • Execute logistics plans in alignment with department priorities
  • What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field
  • International import/export experience with commercial document creation (strong must-have)
  • Direct experience with FedEx, UPS, and/or DHL, including carrier software platforms
  • Working knowledge of trade compliance and customs classifications (HTS codes)
  • Familiarity with logistics/shipment management platforms and ERP systems
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
