Supply Chain Operations Specialist Accelera - 3.5 Torrance, CA Job Details Full-time $23.75 - $28.60 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Export management Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Full Job Description About the Role As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for global freight movements, ensuring seamless import and export processes. By leveraging your expertise in documentation and carrier coordination, you will drive efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in a dynamic logistics environment. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of import and export documentation, including ISF, bills of lading, and AES filings to ensure regulatory compliance. Optimize supply chain visibility by proactively tracking shipments and providing timely updates to stakeholders and vendors. Streamline the movement of goods by coordinating complex trucking, pickup, and delivery schedules. Facilitate accurate billing and arrival notice processing to support smooth financial operations. Execute freight bookings for air and ocean transport while generating precise HAWBs and shipping manifests. Mitigate operational risks by resolving over, short, and damaged (OS&D) discrepancies and managing claim documentation. Maintain rigorous record-keeping standards to ensure audit readiness and operational transparency. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of dedicated experience in import/export coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and independent decision-making. Preferred Skills Prior experience within a freight forwarding or logistics-focused organization. Demonstrated success in improving shipment processing workflows. Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs documentation procedures.
