We are looking for a professional and energetic individual to provide clerical support for our Seafood Division. The Role This position provides essential logistics and clerical support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders move efficiently from our warehouses to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry:

Entering and updating order information in the company system based on customer schedules.

Warehouse Coordination:

Processing delivery releases with third-party warehouses and creating necessary documentation like bills of lading and packing slips.

Freight Scheduling:

Arranging and hiring freight services to move product through the supply chain.

Data Verification:

Matching purchase orders with warehouse inventory records to ensure quantities and charges are accurate.

Professional Communication:

Coordinating with customers and warehouses via phone and email to ensure successful deliveries.

Inventory Oversight:

Monitoring orders to ensure product availability by the requested delivery dates. Qualifications Attention to

Problem Solving:

The ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new computer systems.

Experience:

Previous experience with Freight (trucking), Cold Storage or seafood distribution

Education:

High school diploma required; some college is preferred.

Language:
