Role Overview We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support and oversee daily logistics operations across multiple delivery regions. This role is responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, assisting drivers and logistics operators, optimizing routes, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling fast-paced operational challenges while maintaining high standards of execution and communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics operations across multiple delivery regions Support and communicate with logistics operators and delivery drivers Assist with delivery route planning and optimization for efficiency and cost control Coordinate inventory flow between kitchen, packing, and delivery teams Monitor delivery schedules and help ensure on-time order fulfillment Track logistics performance metrics and assist with operational reporting Identify operational issues and help implement process improvements Communicate with cross-functional departments to maintain workflow efficiency Troubleshoot delivery and operational issues in real time Help maintain organization, accountability, and execution standards across logistics operations Requirements Proven experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or coordination roles Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience working with drivers, schedules, and operational workflows Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable analyzing schedules, delivery performance, and operational data Strong communication and team coordination skills Familiarity with inventory flow, warehouse operations, or fulfillment environments Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience with route planning and delivery optimization Experience in meal prep, food delivery, fulfillment, or high-volume operations Experience coordinating multiple delivery regions or teams Experience working with logistics software, scheduling tools, or operational reporting systems
