The Role at a Glance As our Supply Chain Specialist , you will report directly to the Site Manager and serve as the operational engine driving logistics, inventory precision, and cross-departmental workflows. You will collaborate daily with warehouse, sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure a flawless, scalable supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Carrier Coordination:
Track daily inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers/vendors, and troubleshoot real-time delivery delays.
Inventory Precision:
Maintain records in our ERP, lead cycle counts, and partner with purchasing and accounting to resolve inventory variances.
Process Optimization:
Audit inventory and shipment logs, identify system bottlenecks, and help implement streamlined SOPs. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience:
1-3+ years in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain support within a fast-paced wholesale, B2B, or distribution environment.
Systems Fluency:
Strong proficiency with ERP software (Sage is a major plus!) and advanced spreadsheet/analytical skills.
Core Traits:
Elite communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Language Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in
