Vehicle Check-In Specialist I Saturday - Wednesday (Manheim) Cox Automotive - 3.5 Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $16.63 - $24.90 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Paid jury duty Paid holidays Military leave Paid time off Volunteer time off Bereavement leave Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75), including: Input accurate vehicle information for registration into the system using a handheld computer (Zebra TC-75) for each vehicle received at the Auction including: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Stock number. Dealer identification number. Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc. Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received. Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Associate and install OBDII tracking device. Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Basic computer skills required. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Ability to lift 1-15 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Schedule:
Saturday through Wednesday 10am-6:30pm. Off days Thursday and Friday.
USD 16.63 - 24.90
per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.63 - $24.90/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
