This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, accurate documentation, and high-quality service throughout the move process. Key ResponsibilitiesMove Coordination & Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and internal teams throughout the move lifecycle Coordinate, schedule, and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate execution Proactively communicate updates, changes, and issues to all stakeholders Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional communication Documentation & Compliance Prepare, organize, and maintain all required move documentation Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and documentation requirements Accurately update and manage shipment information in internal systems Operations Support Assist with scheduling logistics and operational planning Monitor move progress and resolve issues as they arise Support reporting and operational tracking activities Work Environment Fast-paced, dynamic setting requiring strong multitasking and prioritization Frequent communication with customers and internal teams Requires problem-solving and adaptability in changing conditions Qualifications, Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or moving industry preferred Experience in coordination or customer-facing roles strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) What We're Looking For A proactive and dependable team player Strong customer service mindset Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Pay:
