On-site Position Overview Supporting field operations for upcoming utility and infrastructure projects in Colorado and surrounding states. We are seeking a Logistics / Material Coordinator to support substation and transmission line construction projects for electrical utility clients. This role is responsible for coordinating materials, tracking deliveries, and supporting field teams to ensure projects remain organized, supplied, and aligned with project requirements. This position may involve field-based coordination, documentation support, or a combination of both depending on project needs. Project-based work. Travel may be required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate materials, equipment, and supplies for construction projects Track material deliveries, inventory, and usage at project sites Support logistics planning to ensure materials are available when needed Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and material records Communicate with project teams, vendors, and field personnel regarding material needs Assist with resolving material shortages, delays, or discrepancies Support general project coordination and administrative tasks as required Adapt responsibilities based on project scope and requirements Qualifications Experience in logistics, materials coordination, construction support, or related roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working in active field or project environments Willingness to travel for project-based work Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting utility or infrastructure projects Familiarity with material tracking, inventory systems, or project documentation Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation $25-$40 per hour depending on experience and project scope Benefits and compensation structure may vary depending on project assignment.
