Production Planner Schedule:
Flexible - 4x10s or 5x8s Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing daily production scheduling functions, managing manufacturing order releases, and aligning them with the company's forecast and open demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the automation industry, with a focus on production planning and supply chain management. Responsibilities Oversee daily production scheduling functions. Manage and release manufacturing orders accurately and timely. Align manufacturing orders with company forecasts and open demand. Coordinate with procurement associates to move items to the facility or customer. Ensure all bill of materials are issued and manufacturing orders are reconciled or closed prior to shipping. Create purchase orders and manufacturing orders. Engage in vendor management. Essential Skills Proficiency in Excel. Experience in production planning, scheduling, buying, or production control. Strong communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a production environment is beneficial. Machine shop experience is a plus. Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
