  • $40-$42/hour
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Employment Type:
  • Temporary Adecco is seeking a temporary Production Planner for our client in Fort Collins.
The Planner is responsible for turning customer demand and business priorities into a clear, realistic, and executable production schedule. This role works closely with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure schedules are achievable, materials are aligned, and orders ship on time. This position plays a key role in improving delivery performance, reducing last‑minute disruptions, and bringing consistency and discipline to production planning at the Fort Collins site.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Demand & Production Planning
  • + Translate customer orders, forecasts, and backlog into a time‑based production schedule + Maintain clear visibility between demand and production plans + Identify risks, demand changes, and tradeoffs and communicate them to operations leadership
  • Production Scheduling & Stability
  • + Create and maintain a rolling production schedule that balances service, labor, capacity, and materials + Establish and enforce scheduling rules, planning timeframes, and controlled change processes + Reduce unnecessary schedule changes while allowing approved adjustments when needed
  • Capacity & Constraint Alignment
  • + Ensure production plans match available labor, equipment, and process capacity + Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify bottlenecks and capacity gaps + Support planning scenarios for demand shifts, shortages, or disruptions
  • Materials & Inventory Coordination
  • + Work with Purchasing and Buyers to align material availability with the production schedule + Support inventory health by balancing service levels, lead times, and inventory levels + Identify and manage material risks that may impact production or delivery dates
  • Execution & Performance Tracking
  • + Track and report schedule adherence, plan performance, and key planning metrics + Participate in daily and weekly operations meetings to identify and resolve issues + Support root‑cause analysis and recovery actions when plans are missed
  • Required Qualifications
  • + •5+ years of experience•in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning in a manufacturing setting + Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems, bills of material, lead times, routings, and capacity planning + Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data‑based decisions •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience in engineered‑to‑order or mixed‑model manufacturing + Exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or similar planning processes + Strong Excel and planning analysis skills •Key Skills•+ End‑to‑end planning mindset + Clear communicator across departments + Organized, structured, and decisive + Calm and effective in fast‑paced environments + Accountable and results‑focused If you are interested in this position and meet the job qualifications please click on

  • Pay Details:
  • $40.
