Senior Production Planner W3Global Inc - 4.1 Avon, CT Job Details $80,000 - $100,000 a year 6 days ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Production management software Full Job Description Our Client is seeking a Senior Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, support customer delivery targets, and help maximize manufacturing capacity. This role is ideal for someone analytical and detail-oriented who can balance materials, work centers, and demand across departments. Responsibilities Build and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and capacity. Review bills of material, inventory, and order requirements to support accurate ship dates. Release shop orders, generate purchase requests, and track work in process through completion. Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve shortages and scheduling changes. Support order closure, recovery date updates, and production planning coverage as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in production planning, factory planning, or scheduling. Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. CPIM certification or APICS background is a plus. #INDW3
