Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive supply chain excellence by coordinating procurement, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing manufacturing operations and leveraging ERP systems to support our company's growth.
Summary:
Develops a supply chain strategy that supports and meets company goals, company performance objectives and customer expectations. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by your immediate supervisor as deemed necessary. 1. Coordinates all aspects of the supply chain to ensure all raw materials and purchased products are delivered on time at the best price and quality to support the production schedule.
- 2. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure demand forecasts are being met. 3. Coordinates and oversees the entire lifecycle of supply chain orders, from sourcing raw materials to delivering the finished product to the customer to ensure efficiency. 4. Develops and implements initiatives to reduce supply chain costs.
- 5. Oversees all functions of suppliers relating to supply chain orders, including supplier quality and delivery performance, supplier relations, timely resolution of problems, and cost competitiveness.
- 6. Oversees sourcing and vendor selection for components, material and/or related services.

Reports supply chain status regularly to upper management. 8. Travels to supplier or customer sites as required. 9. Attends industry trade events as required 10. Hosts internal meetings and events for customers or suppliers as required. 11. Attends learning events as required.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expertise of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP Software and Microsoft Project /
Planner Education/Experience:
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Superior oral and written communication skills

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Ability to adhere to company's core values and work ethics
- Superior understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Basic understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement
