You will leverage your expertise in warehouse management systems and inventory control to drive operational excellence and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Facilitate seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage and update warehouse and yard management software to maintain accurate inventory records and shipment data. Drive continuous improvement by participating in corrective action projects and refining operational workflows. Verify product counts and documentation to ensure 100% accuracy in outgoing shipments. Provide professional support to customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries and managing service requests. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to load and organize inventory while adhering to strict safety protocols. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance, including propane management and lockout/tagout procedures. Uphold facility safety and quality standards, including food safety compliance where applicable. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory control. Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft Excel, and data entry. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures. Ability to obtain internal Industrial Truck Certification. Preferred Skills Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling requirements.
