First shift with rotating day and evenings, including rotating weekends and holidays. Work where every moment matters. Supply Chain is a vital part of the hospital; The department works together to ensure the needs of our patients, visitors and staff are met in a timely, courteous manner. This includes working closely with clinical teams to provide medical supplies as needed in a timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manages inventory at expert levels with the use of modern technologies including but not limited to bar code scanners, Warehouse Management Systems, and automation. Maintains system identified inventory levels of supplies for delivery by rotating and reviewing expiration dates. Handles product so that department cycle count metrics are achieved. Physical receipt and inspection of incoming orders. Validates order type, quantity, and condition against ERP purchase order, as needed . Supports Leadership to manage inventory and achieve department KPIs as required. Ability to work in multiple locations including but not limited to warehouse and hospital locations.Qualifications Education:
- High school or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience:
.- 3+ years of High level inventory management skills and systems experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Various warehouse equipment uses including but not limited to
- Forklift, pickers, reach lifts, electric jacks.
