24 The Supply Chain Onsite Representative serves as the primary point of contact at the customer's production facility, ensuring efficient inventory management and product availability. This role is responsible for maintaining stocked supply locations, supporting quality and compliance standards, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and customer personnel to ensure seamless daily operations.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed)
Pay Rate:
$24/hour Key Responsibilities Represent the company at assigned customer production sites in a professional and customer-focused manner. Perform daily maintenance and replenishment of product at end-user locations, including bins, cabinets, trays, and other stocking areas. Manage shelf-life materials, ensuring proper monitoring, removal, and disposal in accordance with customer and product specifications. Proactively respond to daily internal and external customer needs, coordinating with contract administration, customer service, and production floor management. Identify and address onsite quality assurance issues, escalating to Program/Site Management or Quality Management as needed. Partner with customer representatives to monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and maintain accurate inventory. Act as a liaison to resolve inventory discrepancies and product issues in a timely manner. Perform scanning, unloading, and other warehouse-related duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customer personnel. Ability to work flexible hours as operational needs require.
